Prepare for summer rides in the new Weise Scout Jacket, which combines classic styling and colours with the comfort of mesh airflow.
Large mesh panels at the front, rear and on each arm deliver maximum airflow, so you will feel as cool as you look.
It’s also built to take the knocks, having gained the higher AA rating for protection, with CE-approved shoulder, elbow and back armour.
Adjustment at the waist and on the sleeves reduces billowing, while stretch panels at the upper rear torso and elbows give freedom of movement on the bike.
A connection zip with its own stretch panel can be used to attach the jacket to matching Scout Mesh Jeans, or any other trousers in the Weise range.
Two external and two internal pockets provide plenty of places for essential items, and reflective elements feature throughout, giving increased visibility in low light.
The Weise® Scout Jacket retails at just £129.99 RRP including VAT, and comes in a choice of classic Black, Olive or Stone colours, in sizes S-5XL. Matching Scout Mesh Jeans, available in black, also cost £129.99 RRP including VAT.
Both are covered by a two-year warranty for complete peace of mind
A game-changer for larger riders, the new Weise Core Plus is an AA-rated textile jacket tailored for plus sizes up to 5XL.
A game-changer for larger riders, the new Weise Core Plus is an AA-rated textile jacket tailored for plus sizes up to 5XL. For example, whereas a ‘regular’ Large jacket would have a 44” chest (112cm), in ‘plus’ sizing it is a much more generous fit, at 52.5” (133cm).
Big on specification as well as sizing, the Core Plus has everything expected from Weise clothing – comfort, quality, protection and practicality – designed to accommodate the fuller figure.
AA-rated for protection, it comes with CE-approved shoulder, elbow and back armour as standard, and reflective detailing, to help keep the wearer visible in low light.
Protection from the elements is taken care of by a breathable, waterproof and windproof drop liner and a removable 120-gram quilted thermal lining.
When the temperature rises the Core Pus can be adapted in an instant, with zipped vents at the chest, back and on each arm, allowing a cooling airflow.
Adjusters at the biceps and forearms reduce annoying billowing, and provide a snug fit, while three external pockets with zipper closure, and four internal pockets, offer plenty of places to carry everyday essentials.
With Hipora® waterproofing and a Thinsulate® Supreme lining, Weise Montana 150 gloves give maximum weather protection with minimal bulk – perfect for tackling tricky winter conditions
Feel and feedback from the controls is crucial during colder and wetter weather, so the Montana ditches the heavy, bulky winter glove liners of old and instead features a 150-gram Thinsulate® Supreme lining. As the name suggests, it keeps the hands warm, yet is thin and flexible, with a soft, silky feel for day-long comfort.
The lining is held in place with the McFIT® system, so there’s no uncomfortable stitching or seams and the liners stay firmly in place, without the frustration of twisting or pulling free.
Stretch panels on each finger and the back of the hand offer freedom of movement and the palm features a Chamude® overlay panel, complete with silicon print, for improved grip on wet handlebars.
Tough and durable full grain leather on the palm, an integrated visor wipe on the left index finger and 3M® Scotchlite® piping for added visibility in the long dark evenings, cover every eventuality.
Weise® Montana 150 gloves come in sizes S-3XL and retail at £99.99 including VAT.
Weise have reintroduced a leather and textile waterproof jacket to their 2020 collection, now AA rated under the new CE clothing standard (EN 17092).
Featuring 600 denier textile outer, with full grain leather panels over the shoulders and arms, the Mission has an understated air of confidence and is packed with practical features.
Elbow, shoulder and back CE-protectors are fitted as standard, and the whole jacket is rated AA for protection.
A waterproof, windproof and breathable drop-liner keeps the wearer dry and a removable 120-gram quilted thermal lining keeps you cosy. When the temperature rises, front and rear zipped vents can be opened for cooling airflow, while warm air can escape through vertical vents at the back of the jacket.
Quality details feature throughout the design; there is reflective piping for added night-time visibility, elbow stretch panels for flexibility, a reliable YKK main zipper, and popper sleeve adjusters to reduce billowing.
The Mission comes in sizes Small to 5XL and is covered by a 2-year warranty. For prices click here
New from Weise for 2020, the Outlast Frontier jacket has a waterproof laminate coating applied to the inside of the tough fabric shell, which keeps the rain on the outside and the wearer dry.
Fully tested and approved to the new CE standard for motorcycle clothing, (and rated AA), the jacket has vents on the chest and arms, with exhausts over the shoulder blades, all sealed with YKK waterproof zips.
CE-approved armour is fitted in ALL in key impact areas – shoulders, elbows AND back, for total confidence.
Inside is an OUTLAST® temperature-regulating liner; originally developed for NASA, OUTLAST® absorbs, stores and releases heat, and actively regulates the body’s microclimate. As the body warms up, OUTLAST® absorbs the heat, keeping the wearer cool, and as the wearer begins to cool down, the heat is released back, keeping the body warm. This active control helps to reduce temperature swings (the heat-up/chill down cycle), so the wearer is consistently comfortable.
Plenty of internal and external pockets – including a large map-type pocket to the rear of the jacket – add to the day-to-day practicality of this versatile jacket.
The OUTLAST® Frontier jacket comes in sizes S-5XL for men and 8-22 for women, and is covered by a 2-year warranty, retailing at just £269.99 including VAT. Matching trousers sell for £239.99.
That’s a laminated textile suit with an Outlast liner for just £509.98.
